This was the first time I visited Dave Mungenast I was treated very well. Went in with a problem with the AC and the air vents. While it was getting fixed they gave me a loner car it was a crv nice car.the service writer was Gary he kept me well informed all the way. All I I can say is job well done

The Honda people and services I have experienced have never been anything but 1st rate.
This was my first time using your services and it was a bit confusing. No one explained how the check in and check out process worked so I didn’t know what to do when I go there or when I needed to pay. Would be nice if there was a little more direction from staff. I also left with my side mirror pushed in which I discovered later was because they hit something and scratched the mirror.
Gina , Brandon and Lucas were great . They made the experience a smooth one . Everything went like clockwork. They explained everything we needed to do and answered all my questions. Love the Mungenast crew

I have been bringing my car to Dave Mungenast for over 20 years. The work they have done for me is why I’m able to keep my car.
The service center scheduled my repair to ensure a loaner vehicle was available. When I arrived, no loaner vehicle was available. A simple phone call to discuss options was not made. When I got the car back, the issue immediately recurred. Now I have to take the car back again, without a loaner vehicle, and hope they can correct the issue that was not fixed the first time. Not helpful to have a warranty if the car can’t be fixed. Gave two stars rather than one as the people are great.
We have been fans of Mungenast for over 8 years since buying several vehicles from their Acura and (one from) Lexus. We have found the sales, service and finance teams to be top notch.

Tracy and the two tech staff members, Scott and Cliff were great to work with. They were very patient and attentive to my concerns for the unusual "humming" noise generated by my Pilot when driving above 65 mph. The two tech members spent a lot of time and various procedures trying to determine the issue, including extensive road testing, exchanging wheels from another Pilot, and ultimately installing brand new tires on my Pilot, which I didn't expect but very much appreciated. I have been dealing with Dave Mungenast for almost 30 years and I am always been amazed at the service that I receive. I have been leasing from them and love the professionalism and service that I always get from the whole team!
The only problem is that the person explaining the dials and other things in the front of the dashboard! I'm sure I will get better as time goes on. I am 80 yrs and it's going to take time. Thanks for a GREAT car!

Great experience purchasing my new Honda Passport. Adnan Sadikovic is the best. Very knowledgeable. Fully answered all questions. No sales pressure. Very pleasant and friendly personality. As for the dealership, the pricing was very fair for both the new vehicle as well as my trade-in. Very clear and transparent pricing sheet. Upon pickup they explained all of the features in full and understandable detail.
I only take my car to Mungenast Honda for service, Chris Taylor is the absolute best! I appreciate the waiting area always being clean and having the best snacks!
I was having wheel noises from my Civic ,and the service dept. found a rock stuck in the front brakes. They fixed the problem ,and within a very short time had my car back to me. They could have charged me since it was not covered by the warranty but did not. Everyone I dealt with was very professional , and they even washed the car !

Everyone was professional and welcoming each time we visited the dealership. Gina was very easy to work with and low pressure. The dealership set my expectations appropriately for the service provided. They completed an additional safety inspection as well as part of my recall mitigation. I am slightly frustrated with the word track which I have heard more than once at this dealership - basically inferring that they don't know anything about what I did with this car before because there is no history. We had a good experience purchasing our new car. Gina was a great salesperson, informative, efficient & friendly.
I bought my car and within 24 hours the transmission went out. I had the car towed back to the dealership. They put me in a loaner for about 6 weeks. Once I finally got my car back the service people or whoever had the car while I had the loaner ripped off my temp tags. The new transmission that I have in my car now works. But the transmission jumps.
All of the associates are friendly and professional. I just purchased my second car there & am still very pleased with their service.

Went in for oil change and tire rotation. Steering wheel felt greasy and car stunk when I got it back. Super fast service though, in and out quick!
