Service was great. However, I left town for a weekend trip and I got a message on my dash that services were needed soon. I dont believe the system was reset.
I have used this dealer since 2004 when I bought my first Honda Pilot. I use them several times a year becaise I feel like my car is always in top condition after leaving. I compare priced and the majority of times, they are compertative.

Great experience. Test drove 2 cars by appointment. Chose model, options, and agreed on a price that included a trade-in within 2 hours of walking into the showroom. Returned next day for finance, tech tutoring, and delivery that took about an hour. Brian in Sales was very helpful. Tech tutor was clear and patient. Brandon in Finance was fast, thorough, and pleasant. Fingers crossed that the Service Dept is just as efficient and knowlgeable in the future.
Your service writers are always very knowledgeable and go out of their way to be helpful. They won’t suggest that anything needs to be fixed unless it is really broken.
Our grandson brought our CR-V in with a check engine light. The repair shop was great at keeping us informed regarding the issue & cost of repairs.
We had received an out the door price in via text message from Jason Haley. When we arrived the next day to sign paperwork, he stated that was wrong, and he made a mistake. They refused to honor the out the door price I had received. The response for their mistake was "well, you don't have to buy the car."

The service crew was outstanding as usual. They did a timing belt change with water pump and belts, were transparent about the cost and the amount of time it would take, and set up a pickup time for the next day that worked for me. The car was actually done earlier than planned and everything was done right. I enjoyed working with Adam and his colleagues.

Only complaint I have is they left grease all over my seat, door and steering wheel. I would expect this from other mechanics, but not Honda.

Excellent service! Had a CRV recall, had brought it in 2 weeks earlier but our car never got worked on there were so many cars needing work that day. So we had to make another appointment. Everything was completed in 2 hours, the recall, oil change, and tire rotation. So appreciate the priority of service, I was expecting to be waiting there 4-5 hours and was only waiting 2 hours, amazing!
My experience was smooth. Scott helped me find the right car for me, and every step was efficient and transparent. Scott worked with me over email to get the right documents for the financing, so when I went in, all the financing was in order for me to sign. Since I was buying the car on my own, his team drove my new car to my house and dropped it off for me. Top tier!

I have always gotten great service and advice from Chris. I just bought my fourth car there and as usual I got great service from beginning to end.
I had three family members who had recently bought their vehicles from Dave Mungenast xx. Louis Honda dealer. They all raved about Gina Bommarito as a sales person. The minute we walked into the doors of the dealership, we were welcomed. We were well taken care of from start to finish.
We brought the car in for an inspection and another issue popped up on our way down. Adam worked hard to help see what the issue might have been before we left the car. He didn't promise a quick turn around because the car was getting worked in. Thankfully he was able to get in and it was returned to us less than 24 hours of bringing it in. Very communicative and a pleasure to work with.

I had a appointment for an oil change, and I was told it should be 45 minutes to 1 hour. It took about 2 hours. If I was told it would be 2 hours, I would have dropped off the car and came back later. My time is very valuable to me, and apparently not to you. I f you want my business you need to be upfront about how long it may take, and offer the option to drop off the car because you can not promise the timing.

I just purchased a 2020 Jeep Wrangler and this was by far my easiest and best experience purchasing a vehicle. Everyone at the Dealership was very nice and helpful. Austin Counts was my salesman and he did an excellent job, he stayed in contact with me the entire time of the purchase of the vehicle. If you're looking for a vehicle I highly suggest this Dealership and ask for Austin Counts.
Justin in the service department was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and experienced. Him and the service team were able to get me up and running must faster than expected which saved my road trip which was scheduled for the next day. The fix was executed perfectly as well.
Austin was great. He was responsive, honest and forthcoming I work in the St. Louis County area. I saw a vehicle I was interested at the Bonne Terre location. I drove down and took a look at it on Tuesday. Austin gave me a ballpark idea on my trade-in based on the VIN number and mileage. He said they would give me a more accurate number once they looked at it in person, but that was very helpful so I understood roughly what we were looking at.
