Just one word sums up Dave Mungenast: Excellent. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my Hondas. They let me know everything that needs to be done, but there's no pressure. The only thing I wish they would do different? I wish they would send more coupons out for oil changes for us repeat customers.

Took my car into Express Service. and Joe told me he could get me in ASAP even without an appointment. I was advised I might have to wait maybe 2 hours. No problem, went to the very comfortable waiting area which is a pleasure to wait in. I was there to get my front left tire replaces. Low and behold, after one hour and fifteen minutes I was advised that my car was ready. My service at Mungenast Honda has always been more than satisfactory.
The salesman was polite and helpful. He made sure we were comfortable while getting our car. The dealership was clean and everyone was friendly.

Austin was great and so was financing! The Bronco was dirty but Austin offered to have me bring it back in during the week to have it detailed.

Quoted prices seem reasonable, actually where lower in one case by 20% from a neighborhood car repair shop. I was surprised. Shelby, my representative was excellent as was Mr. Lamb a shop foreman. Received completed work on time. I was overall very pleased.

Isaiah is a nice personal young man who uses his sales training well. He listened and sold us on him and the CR-V which stopped us going to another appointment to see a different car. I do want to bring up 2 small items: 1. As a person who was in sales, I was not given a reason to look at the next upgrade. 2. Waiting took a while and we were left alone without contact with anyone.
I've worked with Gary Opitz twice in the past couple of weeks and also in previous visits. He's always good at explaining things and even discussing different options. He does a really good job!
